Here is a list of options for learning about the Low-Fodmap Diet.  I highly recommend purchasing a book from these experts. If you comb the Internet you will find many contradictions and misleading information, or only bits and pieces which do not tell you the whole story!  All of these books combine education and recipes to make the low-FODMAP diet easier to follow.

If you are starting out on the Low-FODMAP Diet, get these two books:
