Low-FODMAP Nutritional Coaching with Colleen Francioli, CNC

Did your doctor recently suggest the low-FODMAP diet to ease your symptoms of IBS? Are you are feeling overwhelmed by all there is to learn? If you want to start to feel relief soon, book a coaching session with me.
You may know by now that there’s a lot of conflicting information online, so it’s not recommended to try the low-FODMAP diet on your own without the support of someone who knows all the nuances and intricacies of the diet.

Also, whether a person has Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), their body chemistry, current and past health, stress level and environment differ greatly from the next person – so there is no “one size fits all” approach to the diet.  Even some foods that are listed as low-FODMAP could still trigger symptoms for some and not others.

My low-FODMAP coaching sessions will prepare you for your low-FODMAP journey and address your personal needs.  Email support as well as additional handouts and recipes are included with my Low-FODMAP coaching.  We can conduct calls over Skype, or we can also use FaceTime if you are located in the U.S.

Get Started

After receiving your request for your first coaching session, I will respond within 24 hours and send you a health questionnaire to fill out.  This will allow me to prepare for our session and have a few suggestions and homework assignments for you to start implementing the diet immediately. After coordinating details for our meeting or call/Skype I will send you a payment link to pay via PayPal or credit card. Payment is required in advance and is $125.00 USD.  Once your first session is paid I will contact you at the agreed time and we will begin your low-FODMAP journey.


First Coaching Session 

The first coaching session is the most important session as it creates the foundation of our relationship and establishes our goals and priorities. Our session will start with you sharing in more details your needs, desires and other factors that are impacting your life and health. We will then cover the questionnaire that you completed in detail to make sure that all aspects to be considered have been addressed/covered. The bottom line is – the more I know about you, the more effective I’m in adding value.

After the first session you will receive:

  1. A personalized plan – this plan you be 100% customized to fit your needs and goals.
  2. Handouts – handouts that have been created by my continuous research to simplify your life and give you short cuts on the most important aspects of the diet.
  3. Recipes – this is where execution becomes crucial – knowing what to eat – how much of it and how to make it fun with delicious recipes is the key to making this diet last through all the phases and to improved gut health in the future.  I wrote over 300 recipes for The Everything® Low-FODMAP Diet Cookbook and know a thing or two when it comes to low-FODMAP food!  I will share flavorful, fun and satisfying recipes as well as my tricks and tips to help boost your confidence in low-FODMAP cooking and baking.

Stay Committed

One coaching session may be all you need depending how far along you are with learning about the diet. I have worked with clients that received what they needed with one session, where others benefited from additional sessions.

Follow up sessions are 40 minutes and each session is $75.00 USD.  Payment is required in advance and can be paid via PayPal credit card or Paypal.
